The Team Meeting: 'Let's break the internet'  |   A Liverpool FC Content Creative session
This campaign was initially conceived and developed after Chaokoh approached the LFC media team, seeking an innovative way to promote their products to a younger audience.
Go inside 'The Team Meeting' as captain Jordan Henderson leads five of his teammates, including Roberto Firmino and Andy Robertson, in a creative brainstorming session on behalf of Liverpool's official coconut, oil and milk partner, Chaokoh. Watch what unfolds as the lads try to find an idea that will 'break the internet'? What could possibly go wrong...
When we initially pitched the idea to Chaokoh they were slightly confused, but they trusted our instinct. Mainly due to our success previously creating other features that had huge engagement and interaction figures. The players on the other hand loved the idea and were very excited to do it, so much so that Andrew Robertson took it upon himself to write his own bits that even made it into the final piece!!
The main tagline that Chaokoh had used to sell many of their drinks products was that of "Drink with a Smile" therefore who better to promote the product than Bobby Firmino and his infamous bright teeth and pearly white smile!!
The Result
 I rotoscoped all of the products in Adobe After Effects and Premiere to make it look perfect due to the unavailabilty of a blue screen.
Once Chaokoh saw the final piece they then really understood what we had proposed.
The engagement along will clicks on their website incresed by 40% on any other previous campaign. So much so that when we had also pitched follow up photography with the players and products along with short clips linked to the intial video they loved the idea. Therefore the campaign continued to be a huge success after that initial concept giving great satisfaction to the LFC media / partnerships teams.
