Balancing creativity with strategic communication, ensuring the event not only impressed but also effectively conveyed important corporate messaging to all attendees. I managed all aspects of the creative, from conceptualisation to execution, resulting in a highly successful and well-received experience that aligned with CCS’s goals and values.
Developed and integrated a cohesive event branding centered around the themes of "Connect, Collaborate, and Celebrate," which were prominently featured across all elements of the event.
Applied the branding across a wide range of materials including venue plans, digital signage, slide designs, stage and media backdrops, banners, film content, and animated stings that played throughout the conference and awards.
Crafted a visually and experientially engaging environment that aligned with CCS’s messaging, ensuring that the branding resonated with attendees and reinforced the event’s core themes.
Collaborated closely with the client team to develop ‘Our Eco-Journey,’ a comprehensive visual and narrative project documenting the delivery of a sustainable event. Ensured the project effectively communicated the journey towards sustainability, using compelling visuals and data to highlight key achievements and milestones. Delivering a visually impactful and informative piece that not only celebrated the success of the sustainable event but also reinforced the client’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
The Outcome
CCS was over the moon with our delivery of the event, having achieved all the targets for participation, engagement, and hosting the face-to-face event in the most sustainable way possible.
Over 82% of delegates said that they either enjoyed CCS Live, or loved it, and that it exceeded their expectations. Well over half of the delegation felt they fully understood the new strategy and almost all participants said that they knew more about future plans of the organisation than they did before the event.
This was the first face-to-face staff event for all of CCS to attend since before the pandemic. 70% of delegates highlighted how good it was to meet colleagues in-person for the first time after working with them virtually for so long.
One of the main objectives of the event was to host the event as sustainably as possible. We sourced local artists to create live messaging and imagery across the venue windows, and signage across the venue’s floor spaces. We took the opportunity to give delegates a go themselves, allowing them to provide event feedback and comments in the same form.
