This kinetic typography animation was created to help onboard new and current staff. Helping them to better understand the pillars of the football club and wider business. It proved a lot more successful thena previous approaches of providing literature but also help cut down a global carbon footprint avoiding unecessary action of printing 100s of welcome packs for new starters.
